Rötiberg Kellerei (SH)
Müller-Thurgau 2019 RoMu19
Müller-Thurgau is to Eastern Swizterland what Chasselas is to the west part. This white wine is not the one you'll drink with fine food but there is one thing it's really goot at: the apéritif! Dry, very fruity and a very competitive price!
Drink before: 2022
Easy: for the apéritif!
Rötiberg is a very small cooperative, not what usually comes to mind when we say this word. To give you an idea, we are talking about 30 members for around 30 ha, nothing. To run this estate, 2 men and 2 ladies. We love the quality price ration of the wine and also the fact they are really doing a lot of great things (events, new wines) always having fun! Some fresh air in the sector. Not complaining!Province
What Schaffhausen stands for ? A famous watch brand, the Rhine falls and of course the wines! Schaffhausen is actually the driest vineyard in the swiss german part and this climate specification gives a bit more body to the wines. The star overthere is the Pinot Noir like the neigbhors and the Müller-Thurgau for the whites. Then, you might have heard about the Regent of the Cabernet Dorsa that are both local grapes.
